Sony RX100M IV

Coming soon from Sony is the latest edition of its compact point-and-shoot RX100 as the Japanese tech giant introduces the successor to the RX100M3. Once again offering a big and powerful sensor in a tiny pocket-sized package, the new RX100M IV is highlighted by a stacked 20.1MP 1″ Exmor RS CMOS sensor and advanced processing thanks to the inclusion of a DRAM chip. Working in conjunction with one another, the sensor and DRAM offer a bevy of new capabilities including slow-motion video at up to 960 fps, 4K recording and and burst shooting at speeds of up to 16 fps at 20.1MP. Packaged with a 24-70mm equivalent F1.8-2.8 lens, the RX100M IV is due out this July for $949 USD.
