Jaguar‘s flagship model gets a fourth-generation update in the 2016 XJ. Originally launched in 2011, the XJ has been regarded as having some of the best styling around, and this iteration is very much in line with previous models. On the exterior, the XJ sees an updated grille with a new mesh pattern, a redesigned bumper, new chrome accents on the air intakes, new oval exhausts, as well as revised LED head and tail lights. Under the hood, the XJ can be fitted with a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 or a 5.0-liter supercharged V8, configured with either a short or long wheelbase. Meanwhile, the interior features new diamond-quilted furnishings, a standard 825-watt Meridian sound system, and Jaguar’s all-new InControl Touch Pro infotainment system that boasts a quad-core Intel processor, 60GB SSD, and an eight-inch capacitive touchscreen. Anticipate the 2016 XJ to arrive in Jaguar showrooms beginning this fall.
