Namu Gaji is the latest in a string of Korean-inspired fusion restaurants, but despite the influx, Namu Gaji differentiates itself beginning with the ingredients. Run by three Korean-American brothers, Dennis, Daniel and David Lee, the restaurant is a physical representation of who they are, brought to the forefront with deliciously savoury meals. All the ingredients on the menu are sourced from the brothers’ own farm, located in Sunol, California, ensuring that every bite is made of sustainable and traceable food.
