New Balance has reinterpreted its retro 997 silhouette into a sleek upgrade sporting a charcoal grey and burgundy colorway. Dubbed the “Connoisseur Gutar,” the sneaker’s premium pig suede and mesh upper adopt both grey and silver tones, while its heel counter, heel outsole and “New Balance” logos are accented in burgundy. The shoe then sits on a white to black sole unit topped with black laces and inner lining.
