Globally renowned art auctioneer Sotheby’s took to its Instagram feed and YouTube channel this morning to announce an auction that will undoubtedly bring chaos to the HYPEBEAST realm. In collaboration with streetwear pioneer and creative polymath NIGO, the centuries-old organization will open the “NIGO Only Lives Twice” exhibition in Hong Kong this October 3rd to the 7th. Not much has been communicated thus far, but the attached video does suggest some rare items from the BAPE founder’s personal collection that may be up for bidding later this fall.
